Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the operating room and sterile fields for procedures.
• Assist surgeon and perioperative team by passing instruments accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure proper sterilization, inspection, and assembly of instruments.
• Maintain infection control through aseptic techniques and counts with the perioperative staff.
• Assist in patient positioning, draping, and instrument setup for procedures.
• Update physician preference cards and ensure supplies and instruments are ready for each case.
• Restock supplies and return equipment to storage after procedures.
