University Health in San Antonio, TX is seeking an OR Support Technician to assist operating room personnel and maintain a clean, orderly environment. You will be assigned to a specific shift and unit but may cover other shifts as needed.

Responsibilities include housekeeping to keep the OR clean, ensuring good guest and staff relations, and following instructions. English fluency, basic arithmetic, and record-keeping are essential; CPR and OR procedures training are preferred.

Competenze

• Must read, write and speak English and understand written and oral instructions.
• Keep records and perform simple arithmetic.
• Six months of operating room experience preferred.
• CPR and operating room procedures training is preferred.

Mansioni

• Assists all operating room personnel with support services in all areas of the operating room.
• Usually assigned to one shift and unit, may work other shifts as needed.
• Carries out general housekeeping activities to keep OR facilities clean and orderly.
• Maintains good guest and working relations.
