Qualifications
- Proficient in patient communication and health-care terminology.
- Able to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Knowledge of standard office software (MS Office).
Responsibilities
- Schedule patients for surgery and manage facility paperwork.
- Gather scheduling, demographic, insurance and clinical data for cases.
- Coordinate with physicians, offices staff and hospital teams for add-on cases.
- Maintain and adjust surgical schedules and communicate changes.
- Assist with staff orientation and improve communication skills.
