Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Southbridge, MA is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the Operating Room on-site, with a 0645-1715 day shift. This per diem role supports the OR team and provides patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants must hold MA RN licensure, have completed a accredited nursing program, and maintain BLS; ACLS is current or preferred. Emphasis on teamwork, safety, and professional growth within a leading health system.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license and registration required.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• BLS is required; ACLS certification current or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Nursing Process to plan, deliver and manage patient care.
• Perform assessments and reassessments per standard procedures.
• Develop and coordinate care plans including discharge planning.
• Direct, supervise, coordinate and evaluate nursing care in the assigned setting.
• Document care per standard procedures and maintain quality/safety standards.
