Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process across admission to discharge to manage patient care.
• Performs patient assessment and reassessment per standard procedure.
• Develops and coordinates care plans including discharge planning.
• Directs, supervises, and evaluates nursing care in the unit.
• Delegates tasks to team members according to competency.
