Qualifications

• RN licensed in state of practice (Arizona)
• Two years of clinical management experience
• BSN or MSN required for all new hires; BSN for internal transfers within 6 months
• Master's degree in nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial and clinical support to patients and staff in the operating room
• Lead quality, process improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and resource utilization for the unit
• Develop leadership among entry level nurse managers and coaching staff
• Engage with patients, families and clinicians to deliver high-quality care
