Responsibilities

• Provide managerial and clinical support to patients and staff in the assigned area.
• Lead quality and process improvement initiatives with input from staff.
• Oversee budgeting and resources for the unit.
• Develop staff leadership and support career advancement.
• Handle selection, orientation, onboarding and retention activities.
• Manage one large unit or multiple clinical units to ensure high‑quality patient care.
