Qualifications

• BSN or MSN is required for new hires.
• Requires current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates patient-centered nursing care for designated patient populations.
• Leads quality and process improvement initiatives within the department.
• Oversees operational and capital budgets and resource use.
• Develops staff leadership through coaching and professional development.
