Job summary

Banner Health seeks an Operating Room Associate Director to lead clinical care and staff in a high-volume OR setting at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center. You will partner with leaders to drive safe, efficient patient care and implement evidence-based improvements.

Qualifications

• BSN or MSN required for all new hires.
• Requires current RN license in state of practice.
• Must have two years of clinical management experience.
• Familiarity with Arizona fingerprint clearance may be required for certain units.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time clinical leadership for unit staff and physicians.
• Lead quality and process-improvement initiatives with the director.
• Coordinate communication of system and facility initiatives.
• Manage operational and capital budgets and resources.
• Develop staff leadership and opportunities for career advancement.
• Oversee staff recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
