Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead quality and process improvement initiatives in conjunction with the director; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate communication of system, regional, facility and department initiatives.
• Manage operational and capital budgets and resource use.
• Develop staff leadership and coach performance; support career advancement opportunities.
• Oversee staff selection, orientation, onboarding and retention; foster a learning culture.
• Develop leadership of entry-level nurse managers and drive clinical improvement initiatives.
