Mercy Health in Perrysburg is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room to deliver high-quality perioperative care. The role focuses on assessment, planning and execution of care for surgical patients within a collaborative team environment.

The RN will support pre-op through post-op care, coordinating with surgeons and staff to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes. Current RN licensure and BLS/ACLS or PALS are preferred; exceptions may apply based on department needs.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS; ACLS or PALS certification as preferred at hire, may be required later.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment.
• Observe the surgery and assist to create a safe environment for the patient.
• Manage nursing care in the OR and coordinate with other care providers.
• Provide pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care, including discharge instructions.
