Qualifications

• Required: ASN or Nursing Diploma.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Successful completion of Orientation Programs and competency with documentation required.
• Preferred: BSN.
• Minimum 1 yearof hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards.
• Ensure safety and ethical practice according to ANA code of ethics.
• Supervise and direct delegation of tasks to appropriate team members.
