Newark Beth Israel Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Operating Room in Newark, New Jersey. The role offers day shifts with a 37.5-hour schedule and an on-site work environment.

The RN will work under RN Practice Act regulations, coordinate patient care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. NJ RN license and BLS are required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Required: ASN or Nursing Diploma
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Successful completion of all Orientation Programs and competency with documentation required
• Preferred: BSN
• Minimum 1 year of hospital experience

• Provide nursing care within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards
• Supervise and direct delegation of tasks to team members
