Qualifications

Required: ASN or Nursing Diploma
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient computer skills
Successful completion of all Orientation Programs and competency with documentation required
Preferred: BSN
Minimum 1 year of hospital experience

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care within the scope of practice defined by the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards
Ensure safety in practice and adherence to ANA code of ethics; participate in evidence-based practice and patient care planning
