Qualifications

• Requires active NJ RN license or compact NJ license with NJ endorsement
• BLS from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 1 year hospital experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills required
• Proficient computer skills and documentation competency

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards
• Supervise and direct delegation of tasks to care team members
• Maintain patient safety and apply evidence-based practice
• Prioritize care with measurable outcomes and collaborate with care providers
