Qualifications

• Required: ASN or Nursing Diploma
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Successful completion of Orientation Programs and competency with documentation
• Minimum 1 year of hospital experience

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the scope of practice and ensure safety and ethical standards.
• Supervise and direct delegation of tasks to team members and collaborate with providers.
• Set and evaluate priorities with interventions leading to measurable outcomes.
