The RN provides nursing care in the health system within the Nurse Practice Act and collaboratively works with the care team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Required: ASN or Nursing Diploma
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Successful completion of all Orientation Programs and competency with documentation required
• Preferred: BSN
• Minimum 1 year of hospital experience

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the operating room within the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards.
• Supervise and direct delegation of tasks to appropriate team members.
• Collaborate with patient care providers and maintain safety and ethical practice.
