Job summary

HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge in Colorado is seeking an OR Registered Nurse to join a dedicated interdisciplinary team. You will ensure patient safety before, during, and after procedures, manage room turnover, and support educational initiatives for ongoing professional development.

We value teamwork, competency in perioperative care, and a commitment to compassionate patient care. A BSN is preferred and ACLS/BLS are required with opportunities for career advancement within a nationwide system.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN licensure or active multistate license.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• BSN preferred; graduate from accredited nursing school.
• Minimum 1 year perioperative experience.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• CNOR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bring OR nursing skills to serve adult, adolescent, geriatric, or pediatric patients.
• Prepare for procedures by ensuring stock and equipment availability.
• Assist with postoperative workload and room turnover between procedures.
• Teach, supervise, and serve as a resource for staff per competency.
• May rotate to non-OR areas while performing only confirmed duties.
