Higgsfield AI is seeking an Operating Principal to work directly with the CEO on high-impact initiatives. You will own multiple projects, from defining a problem to delivering a working outcome, then move on to the next challenge.

The role requires a track record of ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to coordinate across engineering, product, growth, and partnerships. Based in San Francisco with travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Degree from a top-tier university.
• Proven track record across multiple areas (olympiads, competitions, scholarships, notable builds).
• 3–5 years experience in strategy/consulting, investment banking/PE, Big Tech, or fast-growing tech.
• Experience working abroad or as a non-native speaker in global orgs.

Aufgaben

• Identify growth and revenue opportunities across products, markets, and partners.
• Build scalable processes for rapid growth.
• Lead and execute priority initiatives end-to-end with analysis, decision, execution, follow-through.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, growth, and partnerships to unblock initiatives.
• Prepare numbers, models, and summaries for leadership, board, and investor decisions.
