Higgsfield AI in San Francisco is seeking a high-impact Operating Principal to partner with the CEO and executives on diverse initiatives. The role demands ownership of undefined problems from zero to outcome and rapid handoffs to next projects.

You will identify new growth opportunities, build scalable processes, and lead initiatives end-to-end. Global exposure and data-driven decision-making are core to the role.

Qualifications

• Degree from a top-tier university, ideally STEM or quantitative field.
• Track record of outstanding achievement across multiple areas (olympiads, case competitions, elite scholarships).
• 3–5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in strategy consulting, investment banking/PE, Big Tech, or fast-growing tech.
• Experience working abroad or as part of a global organisation as a non-native speaker.
• Proven ownership of complex projects end-to-end.
• Ability to break complex problems into actionable steps and work with data.
• Strong writing and board-level presentation skills.
• Right to work in the US; based in San Francisco or relocating.

Responsibilities

• Identify new growth and revenue opportunities across products, markets, and partners.
• Build and optimize scalable processes for a rapidly growing company.
• Lead priority initiatives end to end: analysis, decision, execution, follow-through.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, growth, and partnerships to unblock projects.
• Prepare numbers, models, and one-pagers for leadership, board, and investor decisions.
