Job summary

KMG is seeking an Operating Partner to oversee Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers locations, driving guest satisfaction, sales growth, efficiency, and maximum profitability. The OP leads staff, audits performance, and promotes Freddy’s in the local community.

The role requires 3–5 years in restaurant management, strong communication, and a hands-on leadership style with a focus on integrity and teamwork. Expect a full‑time schedule with broad availability.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of Restaurant Management or related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret financial documents and reports.
• Flexible schedule with open availability including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provides input for annual forecast and business plan for the restaurant.
• Recommends and implements Local Store Marketing programs.
• Manages cost of sales, labor, inventory, and budgeted expenses.
• Recruits, trains, and promotes qualified team members; maintains staffing levels.
• Ensures KMG culture, policy compliance, and regular performance reviews.
• Maintains guest satisfaction, safety, and brand standards.
