Job summary

KMG is seeking an Operating Partner to oversee Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers at the assigned Florida location. You will drive guest satisfaction, sales growth, and efficiency while maximizing profitability and maintaining brand standards.

As a leader, you will hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff, oversee annual forecasting, and coordinate local marketing with the ADO. A strong focus on culture and performance is essential.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of restaurant management or related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent guest service skills and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to read and interpret sales analysis, COGS, P&L, invoices, and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide input and recommendations to forecast and business plan; monitor performance.
• Implement local store marketing programs; analyze effectiveness.
• Manage financial measures: cost of sales, labor, and controllables; ensure cash controls.
• Recruit, train, and promote qualified team members; manage staffing levels.
• Develop and coach direct reports; maintain operational excellence and brand standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and address concerns; maintain safety and compliance.
