Qualifications

• Requires progressive restaurant/hospitality management experience.
• Recent prior experience as a General Manager for external hires is required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for occasional duties and travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Results-oriented: coach team on upselling; analyze financials for improvement; hit KPIs and EBITDA targets.
