P.F. Chang's in Las Vegas seeks an Operating Partner or General Manager to lead daily operations with a guest-first mindset. You will drive sales growth, coach leaders, and ensure top-tier hospitality and service standards across the restaurant.

With a strong market focus and hands-on management style, you will oversee financials, inventory, and guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards and delivering consistent results.

Qualifications

• Progressive restaurant/hospitality management experience required.
• Recent prior experience as a General Manager preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for occasional duties and travel between locations.
• Strong track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI/EBITDA targets.
• Mentoring/coaching experience across levels to foster growth.
• Experience managing inventory, COGS, and financial controls (P&L).
• Proficiency with POS and restaurant management software.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate guest-centric hospitality and drive sales through exceptional service.
• Lead and coach team members, set performance expectations, and conduct reviews.
• Own restaurant operations, monitor KPIs, and pursue EBITDA targets.
• Develop leadership within the team and ensure culinary and service excellence.
