Cornerstone Caregiving in New Bedford seeks a driven Branch Director to lead our local in-home care operation. You will own growth strategies, manage client relationships, and oversee staffing while collaborating with corporate training and support.

Ideal candidates drive sales, build referral networks, recruit and develop staff, and maintain a high-morale, performance-focused culture. This is an on-site leadership role with a strong emphasis on autonomy and results.

Responsibilities

• Direct and independently manage the New Bedford branch with corporate support.
• Develop and execute a local marketing plan to grow Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate referral partnerships with hospitals, hospices, senior living facilities, and others.
• Hire, onboard and schedule staff; monitor on-call coverage and client communications.
• Conduct in-home assessments, nurture client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee the branch budget and monitor profit-and-loss statements.
• Create a positive, high-performing workplace culture and motivate the team.

Responsibilities:

As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.

Business Development:

Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.

Referral building:

Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).

Staffing and Scheduling:

Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.

In-home Assessments:

Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.

Financial Management:

Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.

Cultivating Culture:

Creating the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, setting the tone of your team morale.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A proven leader with previous experience managing a team
• Success with meeting sales and business development goals
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• $80,000 Base Salary with 20% quarterly cash profit share
