Crumbl Cookies in Concord, NH is seeking a confident Closing Shift Lead who can energize the team, ensure top cookie quality, and guide the store through the evening rush. You will own the closing shift, support the crew, and prepare for a successful morning turnover.

This role rewards leadership, calm under pressure, and hands-on help wherever needed. Availability for Friday and Saturday close, full-time or part-time options, and a focus on guest service, safety, and operational standards are

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to stand for extended periods.
• Closing shifts typically 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM; weekends required.
• Restaurant or retail leadership experience is helpful, but strong team members may qualify.
• Ability to coach, delegate, and maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the evening crew.
• Assign stations, delegate tasks, and keep the shift on schedule.
• Maintain excellent cookie quality and presentation.
• Support baking, decorating, packaging, and guest service.
• Handle customer concerns with confidence and professionalism.
• Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and company standards.
• Complete closing checklists, cash-handling duties, and shift documentation.
• Coordinate cleaning, restocking, and preparation for the next morning.
• Communicate important updates to store leadership.
• Make sure the team finishes together—not just at the same time.
