Responsibilities

Closing Shift Lead - Crumbl Cookies

Crumbl is looking for a confident, reliable Closing Shift Lead who can keep the energy high, the cookies beautiful, and the team moving in the right direction. You'll take ownership of the evening shift, support your crew through the lunch rush, and make sure the store is clean, stocked, and ready to succeed the next morning.

This role is designed for someone who leads by example, stays calm when things get busy, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever help is needed.

Pay and Schedule

Earn $17–$21 per hour, including tips.

Opening shifts typically run from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Availability on both Friday and Saturday is required, along with dependable, year-round availability.

Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available.

As a Closing Shift Lead, you'll be the person your team looks to for direction, encouragement, and answers. You'll:

Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation home after closing. This is an active leadership role requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Candidates must be available to work closing shifts from approximately 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM, including both Fridays and Saturdays.
