Job summary

Visa is seeking a Director of Product Management for Open USD Compliance and Onboarding. You will define the global product vision, lead the onboarding and KYB capabilities, and scale the platform across markets while aligning regulatory, data, and risk requirements.

The role requires senior leadership across compliance, legal, risk, operations, engineering, data, and sales, with a focus on governance, scalability, and measurable business outcomes. Hybrid work in US locations is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, OR 13+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Set global product strategy and multi-year roadmaps for Open USD compliance, KYB, onboarding, and partner data.
• Lead expansion of compliance and KYB into new regions with regional leaders to translate requirements into scalable configurations and processes.
• Establish a global-to-local product framework preserving enterprise standards while meeting jurisdictional needs.
• Own onboarding, identity verification, case management, approvals, remediation, and lifecycle data management for partners.
• Drive automation and operating-model transformation by building reusable platform services and configurable workflows.
• Provide executive leadership across product, technology, compliance, legal, risk, operations, data, sales, and client services.
