Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA and/or advanced degree preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Open Finance, open banking, and financial services; PSD2/CDR familiarity preferred.
• Significant strategy consulting or internal strategy experience with leadership of workstreams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to influence at senior levels.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed org.
• Ability to frame ambiguous problems and translate insights into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact Open Finance strategic initiatives from concept to actionable recommendations.
• Develop strategic narratives and prepare presentations for senior Mastercard executives.
• Analyze industry shifts and competitive dynamics to extract opportunities for Open Finance.
• Partner with product owners to support business cases and growth opportunities.
• Originate and champion growth strategies across geographies and verticals.
• Provide oversight for quarterly reviews, KPI frameworks, and risk management.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performance culture.
