Visa is seeking a Senior leader for the Global Data Office in the United States to drive data governance strategy and scalable data platforms. You will lead a global team spanning product managers, data analysts, and process managers, aligning data initiatives with Visa's business priorities.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to advance data quality, governance, and architecture while guiding the adoption of cutting-edge data technologies and analytics practices across the enterprise.

Competenze

• 12+ years experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years with an Advanced Degree
• PhD with 5+ years of experience considered
• Strong background in data governance and data architecture

Mansioni

• Define and execute global Data/AI governance platform strategy for Visa.
• Lead and grow a team of product managers, data analysts and process managers.
• Partner with senior leaders to align data initiatives with business strategy.
• Drive data quality, metadata, access rights, consent management, and related governance areas.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to executives and business partners.
• Mentor teams to deliver scalable data products and solutions.
