Job summary

Apryse Software Inc. is looking for a Manager, Open-Source Lead Discovery in Arizona to lead the Quality Assurance team and ensure high-quality, sales-ready leads. In this role, you will oversee the QA function end-to-end while collaborating with Sales and SDR leadership.

With a focus on improving lead quality and pipeline growth, you will also be responsible for establishing QA standards, coaching team members, and delivering regular performance reports.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in sales operations or related roles.
• 2–4+ years of direct people management experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data.
