Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• 1 year of previous kitchen/culinary/chef experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves and ovens.

Responsibilities

• Open and close duties and maintain a clean, organized station.
• Coordinate with assembly, expo, and management to ensure timely service.
• Manage ticket orders for proteins and ensure proper food temperatures and presentation.
