Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old to operate kitchen equipment.
• 1 yr. previous kitchen/culinary/chef experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience with knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens required.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Our kitchens are professional, fast-paced, scratch operations.
• Line and prep cooks handle food presentation and execution to meet high standards.
• Coordinate with teammates to ensure smooth service and communication.
• Manage ticket orders for proteins and ensure proper food temps while keeping stations clean.
• Perform opening and closing duties and sanitation routines.
