J. Alexander's Restaurant is seeking a Line Cook for PM availability in a fast-paced, scratch-kitchen environment. Our restaurants feature open layouts and a culture that emphasizes teamwork and pride in presentation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to operate kitchen equipment.
• 1 yr. previous kitchen / culinary / chef experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not limited to knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens required.

Responsibilities

• Operate line and prep stations with attention to food quality and presentation.
• Ensure proper food temperatures and adherence to company specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow sanitation protocols.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
