J. Alexander's Restaurant in Atlanta is seeking a LINE COOK for our contemporary American kitchen. You will join a fast-paced, scratch kitchen with an open layout where high standards of food presentation and execution are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• 1 year of kitchen/culinary/chef experience preferred but not required.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens.

Responsibilities

• Line and prep cooks with high standards for food presentation and execution.
• Operate in an open-kitchen layout with strong communication and teamwork.
• Manage ticket orders for proteins and ensure proper temps and sanitation.
• Follow company specifications and perform opening and closing duties.
