Job summary

Carle Health is seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to support operative and invasive procedures. You will prepare for surgeon-specific cases, set up sterile fields, and ensure instruments and supplies are ready and functional.

Collaboration with the surgical team and adaptability to varying case needs are essential. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree or certificate in Surgical Technology, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or certificate in Surgical Technology required.
• BLS certification within 3 months (AHA) preferred.
• 1+ year of surgical technology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for surgeon-specific procedures with timely, accurate setup.
• Ensure instruments and equipment are complete and functional.
• Set up sterile field and assist as scrubbed team member.
• Demonstrate adaptability to surgeon preferences and case needs.
