Job summary

Adcock Transportation, located in Pennsylvania, is seeking a Transportation Safety Professional to manage safety compliance across operations. The ideal candidate will possess a Certified Safety Professional designation and at least 5 years of experience in transportation safety, specifically in open-deck operations.

You will lead the design and implementation of safety programs focusing on compliance with FMCSA and DoD standards, while also developing retention and recognition programs for drivers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in driver retention strategies and safety-based recognition programs.
• Minimum 5+ years in transportation safety focused on open-deck cargo.
• Expert-level knowledge of FMCSA regulations and DOT audits.
