Job summary

TLD Logistics Services, Inc. is seeking a Safety and Compliance Leader in Tennessee to oversee FMCSA, DOT, and OSHA regulatory programs across the operation. You will ensure CSA score targets, lead investigations, and drive corrective actions while promoting a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in safety management, engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in transportation, logistics, fleet safety, or DOT compliance.
• Experience managing DOT/FMCSA compliance programs, including DQ files, HOS, CSA, drug/alcohol testing, vehicle inspections, and regulatory audits.
• Certifications CSP or CDS/CDS CSP desirable.
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA, DOT, OSHA, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Experience conducting accident investigations and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance with FMCSA, DOT, OSHA, and corporate safety regulations.
• Serve as subject matter expert on DOT regulations, HOS, drug/alcohol testing, inspections, and audits.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for drivers, supervisors, and employees.
• Oversee accident investigations, determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Coach leaders to promote accountability and a proactive safety culture.
• Manage safety systems, monitoring tools and regulatory audits.
