Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in transportation safety focused on open-deck cargo.
• Proven track record in driver retention strategies and safety recognition programs.
• Expert knowledge of FMCSA regulations and DOT audit navigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage safety manuals and SOPs across the company.
• Design a world-class safety orientation program for new drivers.
• Manage driver incentive programs for safe driving behaviors.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA requirements for open-deck drivers.
• Oversee carrier compliance monitoring for third-party partners.
• Lead protocols for Department of Defense shipments.
