Qualifications

• Three (3) years of safety management experience.
• One (1) year of supervisor experience.
• College Degree in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Business Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Ensure the workplace follows industry, state, and company safety guidelines or rules.
• Conduct routine safety audits.
• Carry out safety training programs for company employees on a regular basis.
• Develop processes to collect data on the causes of accidents.
• Implement initiatives to reduce work-related accidents and occupational hazards.
• Direct and supervise the general safety guidelines and procedures.
• Investigate accidents to determine causes.
• Inspect and monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with safety policies and laws.
• Inspect equipment to ensure safe conditions.
• Report safety adjustments to top management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
