Job summary

Hollywood Feed is hiring a Third Key Holder in Decatur, GA. The role reports to Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager and includes opening/closing duties, customer service, and safeguarding profitable store operations.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage and requires weekend availability with some evening shifts. The ideal candidate has high school diploma, strong communication, sales experience, and ability to learn the POS system.

Qualifications

• Commitment to animals and their owners.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening.
• Proven sales and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of store products or ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to operate or learn the point-of-sale system.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years’ driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and ensure operations run smoothly.
• Fill in managerial responsibilities during absences.
• Greet and assist customers following service standards.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to meet pet and customer needs.
• Stock deliveries and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate the POS system, create customer accounts and process transactions.
• Attend educational sessions and assist with weekly store maintenance.
• Safely operate delivery vehicle for Same Day Delivery orders.
