Job summary

Hollywood Feed in Fayetteville, GA is hiring a Third Key Holder. The role reports to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, opening and closing the store, assisting customers, and ensuring safe, efficient operations while upholding the company’s customer-first policy.

The position offers an hourly wage of $15.50 to $19 per hour, with opportunities to assume additional responsibilities and participate in training sessions. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Commitment to animals and their owners is vital.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Proven sales and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of store products or ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to operate or learn the POS system.
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years' driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Open the store before opening and stay after closing to prep operations.
• Assume managerial responsibilities in the manager's absence.
• Greet and assist customers per service standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products to meet pet and customer needs.
• Stock deliveries and maintain displays.
• Operate Hollywood Feed POS system, including accounts and transactions.
• Attend all scheduled educational sessions.
• Perform routine store maintenance and price updates.
• Safely operate company vehicles for Same Day Delivery orders.
