Job summary

Hollywood Feed in Bexley is seeking a Third Key Holder who reports to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. You will open and close the store, serve customers, and help ensure safe, efficient, and profitable operations while upholding the company's policy: Do what is right by the customer.

The role requires weekend availability, ability to lift 50 lbs, and experience with a point-of-sale system. A High School Diploma and a valid driver's license are needed, and you will help stock

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store to prepare for business operations.
• Greet and assist customers while upholding Hollywood Feed's customer service standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of store products to address customer needs for pets and owners.
• Stock shelves and manage deliveries, ensuring accurate inventory.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle customer transactions.
• Support and train new employees; work independently and in a team.
• Maintain weekend availability including closing 3 nights per week.
