Job summary

Hollywood Feed is seeking a Third Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in opening, closing, and day-to-day operations. You will engage customers, maintain store standards, and uphold our customer-first policy.

This role offers an hourly wage between $15.50 and $19.00, with opportunities to develop leadership skills, learn product knowledge, and contribute to a busy retail team in a pet-focused environment. Some weekend availability including evenings is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Proven sales and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of store products or ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to operate or learn the point-of-sale system.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years’ driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store with Store Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Assume managerial responsibilities in their absence.
• Greet and assist customers and uphold service standards.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to address pet and customer needs.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors and coworkers.
• Provide support and training to new employees and work as a team.
