Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Senior Associate, Business Validation in Open Banking. You will shape risk management processes, drive PMO and contract frameworks, and lead multi-workstream programs with external partners.

You will collaborate with Legal and Sourcing on negotiations, test controls against agreements, and support new data access models as the platform scales. This role requires office presence five days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, payments, fintech, or professional services.
• Demonstrated project and program management across multiple workstreams.
• Working knowledge of data aggregators, API ecosystems, and open banking.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of data aggregator relationships and engagement planning.
• Execute assurance methodology, collect evidence, document rationale.
• Map contractual obligations to testable requirements and controls.
• Support commercial workstreams: negotiation positions, redlines, term sheets.
• Validate billing against pricing constructs and manage variances.
• Contribute to contracting posture for agentic AI and data access governance.
• Develop project plans, scorecards, and status reporting across workstreams.
• Ensure compliance with disclosure requirements and regulatory frameworks.
• Support third-party risk management with Controls, Compliance, and SRM.
