Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business operations, corporate strategy, or related roles within financial services or fintech environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to develop executive-level communications and strategic narratives.
• Exceptional project management skills.

• Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and sound judgment in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee day-to-day operational infrastructure and team communication.
• Partner with executive leadership to enable team growth and performance.
• Support Open Banking long-term strategy, planning frameworks, and executive narratives.
• Translate complex inputs into clear recommendations for decisions.
• Engage cross-functional teams to develop analyses, business cases, and investment recommendations.
• Maintain the strategic narrative and align leadership around priorities and win themes.
• Oversee cross-functional projects and coordinate cohesive deliverables.
• Create executive reporting and presentations from multiple teams into insights.
