Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an energetic Senior Associate to join the Open Banking Business Validation Team. You will shape risk management, contractual frameworks, and PMO processes for a rapidly expanding, revenue-generating platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, payments, fintech, or professional services with a focus on business validation, third‑party oversight, risk and controls, or commercial partnership management.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Demonstrated project and program management capability across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of data aggregator relationships and serve as the day-to-day point of accountability.
• Execute the Business Validation assurance methodology against third parties and document evidence with clear rationale.
• Analyze data access agreements to map obligations into testable controls and evidence.
• Support commercial workstreams including negotiation positions, redline analysis, and contract drafting.
• Validate billing against contractual pricing and support transitions to consumption-based models.
• Contribute to contracting posture for agentic AI and data access governance.
• Build project plans, scorecards, and status reporting across concurrent workstreams.
• Ensure compliance with customer disclosure requirements under applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Support third-party risk management processes and remediation alignment.
