Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Validation Services Product Manager in the Trust & Safety organization in Jersey City, NJ.

You will own pipeline conversion, manage client-facing commercialization activities, and interface with Bankers and Payments Sales leads to convert opportunities into revenue while guiding cross-functional teams through onboarding and client usage. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product & partnership management.
• Proven record of pipeline growth and mandate conversion.
• Experience with external partnerships and client-facing roles.
• Strong PnL focus and ownership mindset.
• Experience with onboarding workflows and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a product strategy and vision aligned with client needs, commercial priorities and scalability.
• Grow and manage the commercial pipeline, qualify opportunities, and secure client mandates.
• Respond to inbound and partner referrals within SLAs and convert to active opportunities.
• Lead discovery and market research to validate problems and inform roadmap and commercialization priorities.
• Lead client pitches and tailor value propositions to objectives and risk posture.
• Elicit requirements and drive product development through lifecycle of new requirements.
• Maintain adherence to sales processes and support client enablement end-to-end.
