Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Associate in the Open Banking Business Validation team to design and implement risk controls, PMO frameworks, and contract governance for a rapidly evolving data access platform.

You will lead end-to-end workstreams, shape commercial models for data access, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Sourcing to ensure robust agreements that protect customers and the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, payments, fintech, or professional services with risk, controls, or partnerships.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven project/program management to run multiple workstreams to milestones.
• Knowledge of data aggregators, APIs, and how data is consumed.
• Commercial acumen with contract negotiation and pricing/billing.
• Ability to read, interpret, and operationalize contractual language.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of data aggregator relationships and engagement planning.
• Execute Business Validation assurance methodology with third parties.
• Map contractual obligations to testable control and evidence requirements.
• Support commercial workstreams: negotiation positions, redlines, term sheets, drafting.
• Validate billing across aggregator portfolio and transition to consumption models.
• Contribute to contracting posture for agentic AI and data access governance.
• Build project plans, scorecards, and status reports across parallel workstreams.
• Ensure compliance with disclosure requirements under regulatory frameworks.
• Support third-party risk management and remediation alignment.
• Develop and maintain business controls and governance for scale.
