Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Delaware seeks a Senior Associate on the Open Banking Strategy & Insights team to turn complex market, customer, and performance inputs into executive-ready storytelling—primarily through decks and concise narratives for senior stakeholders.

You will partner with Data & Analytics, Product, and Business leaders to ensure leadership has the right information at the right altitude to drive decisions. Five days in the office; hybrid is not available; US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in strategy, business management, consulting, BI, product operations, or executive communications in financial services.
• Strong ability to craft executive-level decks with clear structure, flow, and visuals.
• Ability to translate data and qualitative inputs into crisp narratives for leadership.
• Experience partnering with data, technology, product, and business teams in a matrix.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to create leadership summaries.
• Sound judgement and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own executive-ready storytelling and information delivery for BI in Open Banking through decks and briefing materials.
• Develop and maintain core leadership presentations (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs) with consistent messaging.
• Synthesize inputs from data, product, partner feedback, market intel, and risk into a single story.
• Interpret dashboards and analyses with leadership-friendly implications and actions.
• Create market and competitive intelligence deliverables for leadership.
• Prepare meeting materials, pre-reads, and post-meeting recaps with clear owners and next steps.
• Support governance by packaging KPIs, initiatives, risks, and progress into simple formats.
